Dailies review and preparation
Dailies are the daily footage reviewed by the director and production team to assess the quality of the shoot and make real-time corrections. They are also transcoded into suitable formats to allow the editor to start working on the editing right away.

Conforming is the process that allows the reconstruction of the project edit, transitioning from low resolution to high quality to ensure consistency and visual perfection in the final product.
